Properties
Kobieta Premium enriches the diet with Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs).
Why are they essential? Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are a group of fatty acids that cannot be synthesised by the human body and must therefore be obtained through diet. Insufficient intake, which is common in the standard diet of our hectic times, can lead to the development of many diseases and disorders. Furthermore, increasing their presence in daily nutrition has therapeutic effects due to the various functions they perform.
How do the fatty acids from the Kobieta Premium oil affect the body?
- They build sex hormones and are essential for a healthy menstrual cycle, alleviating symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
- They play a role in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins: A, D, E, and K, enabling their action in the processes occurring within the body.
- They facilitate the effective absorption of vitamin D and calcium, preventing osteoporosis and supporting bone health.
- They provide protection for the arteries, reducing the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.
- They modulate the functioning of the immune system and have therapeutic effects in autoimmune diseases.
- They exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and reduce oxidative stress.
- They counteract obesity, diabetes, and hypertension.
- They are invaluable for skin health, preventing water loss and improving hydration.
Its unique action is attributed to the combination of of a high content of the anti-inflammatory ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) from the omega-3 family,, which is most abundant in flaxseed oil, and and GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), the strongest support for skin health and condition. GLA is naturally found in evening primrose oil and hemp seeds.
Use it only cold! Do not subject it to heat treatment. Store it in a cool, dry, and dark place. After opening, keep it in the refrigerator to preserve its full properties and health benefits.

Ingridients
Flaxseed Oil
Flaxseed oil is rich in ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), an omega-3 fatty acid, making it the most abundant plant-based source of omega-3s.
Numerous reports indicate the potential use of omega-3 fatty acids in the treatment of various inflammatory diseases, including acne, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), Hashimoto's disease, and insulin resistance.
Omega-3 fatty acids influence the regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokine levels, the chronically elevated concentrations of which can lead to autoimmune diseases, atherosclerosis, and the development of cancers.
Polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids also play a crucial role in the prevention and treatment of obesity, one of the most serious lifestyle diseases, which contributes to disorders such as dyslipidemia, coronary artery disease, type 2 diabetes, and hypertension.
Omega-3 supplementation has demonstrated antidepressant effects, as these fatty acids serve as substrates in the synthesis of so-called "happiness hormones"—dopamine and serotonin.
Evening Primrose Oil
Evening primrose oil is a rich source of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), which is one of the building blocks of phospholipid cell membranes. It plays a crucial role in repair processes and strengthens the skin barrier.
When used as a dietary ingredient, it penetrates the dermis, preventing excessive water loss and reinforcing the barrier against the penetration of bacteria, toxins, fungi, and allergens from the outside.
Scientific studies show that it is effective in the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis, allergies, atopic eczema, and psoriasis.
Evening primrose oil also has beneficial effects in premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Evening primrose oil is an effective aid for weight loss, as GLA stimulates brown adipose tissue and increases the rate of metabolic processes, leading to fat burning.
Hemp Oil
Hemp oil contains tocopherols, phytosterols, carotenoids, polyphenols, phospholipids, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
Among the phytosterols found in the oil are sterols and stanols, which possess antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Additionally, these compounds exhibit anti-allergic and antioxidant effects, strengthen the lipid barrier of the epidermis, prevent excessive water loss, activate the biosynthesis of collagen and elastin in the skin, lower cholesterol levels in the blood, and help prevent the formation of blood clots.
In addition to sterols, hemp oil contains polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants that inhibit the activity of free radicals responsible for damaging cell membranes and counteracting skin ageing.
Due to its composition, hemp oil can be utilised for therapeutic purposes. The endocannabinoid system, along with CB1 and CB2 receptors, has protective and supportive effects in inflammatory conditions associated with dermatoses such as psoriasis, acne, and atopic dermatitis (AD).
Sea Buckthorn Oil
The flavonoids present in sea buckthorn are the most important bioactive substances responsible for antioxidant and anticancer effects. They significantly enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes.
Sea buckthorn may possess the ability to counteract liver damage caused by environmental pollutants and medications.
The polyphenolic compounds in sea buckthorn represent the main group of bioactive substances exhibiting antibacterial and antiviral properties. The oil can be used in both acute and chronic inflammatory conditions of the oral cavity and throat, demonstrating antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, and immunostimulatory effects.
Moreover, it shows positive results in treating the mucous membranes of the gastrointestinal tract, including oral ulcers and gastric ulcers.
The use of seed oil and aqueous extracts from sea buckthorn leaves significantly impacts the wound healing process by increasing collagen synthesis.
