Properties

Ingredients
MICROALGAE OIL (DHA) 15%
DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid, is a particularly important omega-3 fatty acid. It forms a structural component of neuronal cell membranes and is essential for proper brain function. Regular intake of DHA (for example, from algae) may reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease by up to 60%. DHA has anti-inflammatory properties, supports memory processes, helps protect neurons, and inhibits the formation of harmful deposits in the brain that can impair neuronal activity and memory. It also plays a vital role in maintaining healthy vision.
CAMELINA SEED OIL 65%
Camelina oil is one of the best plant-based sources of ALA, an omega-3 fatty acid. It has a highly favorable omega-3 to omega-6 ratio and is rich in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) helps regulate inflammatory processes in the brain by suppressing pro-inflammatory pathways. This is crucial for the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s and aligns perfectly with the principles of the MIND diet. It is also an important component of the diet during pregnancy – the fatty acids it provides support the baby’s brain development as well as later cognitive abilities, memory, and concentration.
EVENING PRIMROSE SEED OIL 10%
Evening primrose oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid. This compound helps inhibit inflammatory processes and plays a crucial role in the proper functioning of the nervous system. An adequate supply of GLA may protect against sensory processing disorders, which can occur, for example, in schizophrenia. Research suggests that evening primrose oil may support mental health (including alleviating symptoms of depression) and shows potential in slowing the progression of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
PUMPKIN SEED OIL 10%
Pumpkin seed oil has well-documented effects in supporting the nervous system and alleviating symptoms of depression – observed both in animal studies and in women during the perimenopausal period. It helps protect the body from the side effects of certain medications, including opioids. One study also found that it may improve sleep quality in individuals suffering from chronic insomnia.
